Talent Criteria

To be eligible for the Global Talent Visa, candidates must demonstrate:

High-Income Threshold

Candidates must meet or exceed the Fair Wage High Income Threshold, set at AUD 153,600 (subject to annual revision on July 1st). This can be demonstrated through current salary, future job offers, or recent Ph.D. qualifications in a targeted sector.

1. Expression of Interest (EOI): Submit an online EOI to the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

2. Invitation: Qualified candidates receive an invitation code and reference identifier.

3. Visa Application: Invited candidates can submit their online visa application, including family members.
