2. General Non-Refundability of Fees
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees
Fees paid to Flynn Immigration for services rendered are generally non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

These fees cover the cost of professional time and resources expended on behalf of the client, regardless of the outcome of the immigration application.
3. Token Money or Advance Payments
3.1 Non-Refundable Advances
Any token money or advance payments made by the client at the commencement of services are non-refundable. These advance payments are used to secure the client's commitment and cover preliminary administrative and preparatory work undertaken by Flynn Immigration.
4. Exceptions to Non-Refundability
4.1 Service Not Provided
In the unlikely event that Flynn Immigration fails to provide the services as outlined in the agreement with the client, the client may be entitled to a partial or full refund. Such claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date on which the service was due to be rendered.
4.2 Withdrawal of Services
If Flynn Immigration decides to withdraw its services for any reason other than client non-compliance, misconduct, or provision of false information, a prorated refund for the portion of services not yet rendered may be considered.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client changes their mind after agreeing to the terms of service and payment of fees. This includes situations where the client decides to discontinue their immigration process for personal reasons.
6. Payment of Refunds
6.1 Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Flynn Immigration. The request should include the client's name, contact information, service agreement details, and the reason for the refund request. Supporting documentation may be required to process the request.
6.2 Review and Approval
Upon receiving a refund request, Flynn Immigration will review the request and determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund as outlined in this policy. The client will be notified in writing of the decision within 30 days of the request.
6.3 Payment Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the client to pay the original fees, unless otherwise agreed upon by Flynn Immigration and the client.
6.4 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval. Flynn Immigration is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
7.1 Resolution of Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Flynn Immigration directly to resolve any disputes or concerns regarding fees and services. Flynn Immigration will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
7.2 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with Flynn Immigration constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy. Flynn Immigration reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks and to pursue legal action if necessary.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
